Adrian’s major areas of expertise include project finance, competition, tax, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

He advises various clients on major acquisitions, real estate, and restructurings. Adrian coordinates the teams which represent various clients in tax, drug patent, and real estate complex disputes.

Adrian graduated from Bucharest University School of Law, and is a member of the Bucharest Bar. He also received a Masters degree in Business Law from Nicolae Titulescu Law School, and a Masters degree in Real Estate Economics from the Bucharest Academy of Economics. Adrian is a member of the Romanian Bar. He authored the chapter regarding natural gas regulations in Romania, Getting the Deal Trough (2009), “Value Added Tax in Romania”, Tax Planning International Indirect Taxes Journal (Bloomberg – September 2016), “Romanian Tax Laws: An Overview”, Tax Planning International Journal (Bloomberg – September 2016), and co-authored the chapter regarding natural gas regulations in Romania, Getting the Deal Trough (2009).
