Peter is the Managing Partner of Buzescu & Tomescu SPRL. He has worked for 7 years in the United States.

Peter has wide experience in cross-border transactions. He advises international clients on privatizations, acquisitions, project finance, energy, real estate, and employment. He has significant experience in drafting and negotiating construction agreements, including agreements based on FIDIC templates, as well as arbitration of construction related claims.

Peter holds degrees from Bucharest University Law School, and New York University Law School, and is a member of the Romanian Bar, and of the New York Bar.
